Admissions & Tuition
Admissions at Circle of Hope School are open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. We welcome new families and are happy to walk you through every step of the process.
Step-by-Step Admission Process:
1. Schedule a tour or meeting to learn more about our program
2. Download the application and submit via email (insert email address) or in person (insert physical address)
3. Submit required documents including:
- Current Physical
- Immunization Records
- Consent Forms (screenings, assessments)
- Medical/Dietary Notes
4. Receive enrollment letter with start date confirmation
5. Set up tuition account through ProCare
Tuition and Payment
All tuition payments are made securely through ProCare. We encourage all families to enroll in online payments for convenience. The ProCare link is coming soon.
